I stopped into True Food Kitchen for lunch and this was my first time visiting this location. I’d seen some mixed reviews online but I decided to try it for myself. I’m glad I did. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The menu has some great lunch and dinner specials that actually feel worth the price. The food was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were surprisingly good. The standout for me was the spiced carrot cake. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while. It moist and full of flavor. If you’ve never been, make sure to add this to your list. Don’t overthink the reviews. Go experience it for yourself. It’s worth the visit.
Destiny was our server and we had a wonderful experience. I am gluten free and my daughter is dairy and egg free.. True food clearly labels allergens on the menu, making it super easy for eating out and giving you peace of mind. It is so tasty and flavorful too!

Matthew did an excellent job and made our experience wonderful from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared exactly as expected. The environment was inviting, clean, and comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Matt was our server today. He was AMAZING. He recommended two great bowls for me and my wife to try. We were a bit nervous… I will say that they were absolutely WORTH IT. I am so so glad we tried True Food kitchen and if you go, ask for Matt!!
Had the kale salad and salmon (plus some wine 🍷) and everything was excellent! Our server Matthew was fantastic at helping us navigate the menu. He even noticed we were near the end of happy hour and made a timely suggestion so we could take advantage of the pricing. Great service and great food!
We loved our meal at True Food Kitchen! It’s not easy to find a place where you can eat out and still feel good afterward — but this spot absolutely delivers. You can really tell they prioritize organic, high-quality ingredients. I had the turkey burger with a kale salad, and it was delicious — super flavorful but still light and satisfying. Danny got the chicken tenders with sweet potato chips and loved them, and Jason had a burger that he said was one of the best he’s had. And we had to finish with dessert — the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending. A little on the pricy side but Highly recommend if you’re looking for something delicious that also makes your body feel good. We’ll definitely be back! 🥗✨🍪
Mary was the absolute best! She was very smiley and friendly and went above and beyond to help us have a amazing dining experience. She had great suggestions on Cocktails and entrées and everything she recommended is absolutely delicious and healthy and seed oil free!
Very nice location with plenty of seating. The bowls are delicious. The teriyaki bowl and curry bowl were fantastic as was the apple lemonade.
A forever favorite !! I've been to many True Food Kitchen locations but this one is top 3!! The vibes were great — warm and lively without being overwhelming. The food was fantastic across the board, the refreshers were fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. You leave full and satisfied without feeling weighed down. The real standout when we went this time was our server, Matthew. One person in our party has both a gluten intolerance and a dairy allergy, which — as anyone who has navigated a restaurant menu with dietary restrictions knows — can make dining out soooo stressful and limiting. Matthew made it the complete opposite!! He came to the table already knowledgeable, walked her through the menu with genuine care, flagged options she wouldn't have found on her own, and never once made her feel like a burden or an afterthought 🥹❤️ And she had the best meal of the table to!!! Matthew was everything you hope for in a server: attentive without hovering, warm without being over the top, proactive about refills and check-ins, and somehow always appeared at exactly the right moment. We left feeling refreshed and at ease !! True Food Kitchen delivers on every front — ambiance, food quality, portion value, and above all, a staff that genuinely cares about every guest at the table.
